Just like when Al Bundy talks about his high school football days, The Goat Posse remembers fondly how successful a Challenge Line call-in contest like Trivia Idol in 2008 and the Trivia Haiku contest in 2009 can be.
There is a reason memories are about what has happened in the past. We have not been able to recreate this magic in any year since. We tried several times to leverage social media to encourage participation but each effort has met with flames like a Vikings Bandwagon in a snowy ditch outside Foley.
The one silver lining is that we had fun making the promos, but as you can see “The Contest for Free Stuff” went nowhere. See a video of Phal voicing this promo below.
