It was such an exciting academic production year at Trivia University. The Goat Posse worked well together on their group project and graded very high.
The Intro had multiple producers, the most we’ve ever had. Captain F returned to assist with full-time production joining CoCo and Drrty A. Cobby and Dubs joined the team for the first time to produce full sections of the piece. Oates and Skinny D also had major contributions.
As is the fairly new tradition, we have the studio reaction video of Jo Lynn McMullen as she hears the intro live. The audio and “as aired” versions in audio form are also available.
Once on campus, there were multiple groups working that organically formed, each contributing multiple pieces along with one-off contributions from Jam-Oooh! And FoP Al Neff.
Prior to 2018, the Goat Posse produced the intro and because radio, it was nearly impossible to see the reaction of Trivia People to our productions. We just had to imagine it. Now we are happy to provide for the second year, the impressions of the first hosts of Trivia as they await for the contest to get underway.
Every school year has memories. Whether it be hairstyles, fashion, or maybe a secret crush, these experiences are often memorialized in a yearbook. The Goat Posse publishes one of these each year. We’d sign your copy, but our hooves are usually covered in barnyard filth. But maybe you are into that. If so, your yearbook just became scratch & sniff!

Some professors, adjunct instructors, lecturers, teachers (did we forget anyone?) would cringe at the use of condensed study guides, commercially known as Cliff Notes. We suspect they would feel that the student is robbing themselves of true knowledge and the enjoyment of, in this case, classic literature from the 19th Century.

I think the administration erred in allowing Jammo to give high school kids and their parents their first exposure to life on campus. However, we hear enrollment is up!
Sociology 420 is one of the most popular classes at Trivia University. It’s so popular we moved it to the large lecture hall so that Jack Johnson can provide musical ambiance usually leads people to ambivalence. Either way, the class is led by legendary Dr. Longhair whose published theories on the mathematical properties of D=SR2 are of legend in the field, a place you will often find him, on his back wondering if he can measure the speed of dark.
We are not here to poo poo work study jobs as many provide a way for students to pay for their education. Trivia University offers some of the most rewarding positions for students to fund their studies while learning a new skill. Whether it’s alphabetizing CDS, folding toilet paper or de-boning… well we just think it’s better you hear the options for yourself. Thank you for helping to make the campus experience a better one for all.

“Hard” to believe it’s been 10 years since Jism Mom exploded onto the scene in an inartful attempt to protect her 11-year-old from Trivia themes disseminated on the air. Now a decade later we listen-in as Jism Mom (and dad) try to explain ‘life’ to their son who she claims was traumatized by Trivia so many years ago.

Not the actual lyrics but we think Nelly would approve of this adaptation of his joint to trivia themes. Written by Dude and performed by FoP Colin (now known as Oates) with backing vocals by Buttercup, the song closely adheres to the rhythm and flow of the original.
This production is both annoying and breathtaking in it’s aping of a current pop culture trend. Honey Trap probably wrote this during a phone bank break which means it took five minutes. That also means it took less than five minutes for Drrrty A to start dry heaving while trying to produce this track (but she secretly loves it and will bring it back in a future year).
Skinny D and Eminem are fast-talking hip-hop artists, but that is where the comparisons begin, or does it end? But it’s been known around KVSC for a while that he has had a long-running beef with Jim Gray who doesn’t pass up an opportunity to drop a knowledge diss on Skinny. We are not completely sure where the fracture occurred, but Jim may have threatened Skinny’s grade and he may have responded with something about ass rabies and the battle was on!
